4 /5 Christine Atkins: My husband works there. Fair and honest work at a fair and honest price. The biggest problem they have there is not with the owners or employees, but it’s how insurance companies have opened up these “sub companies “for your car parts and the bidding goes to them. You may be waiting a while on your parts. The parts are being bid on and they don’t have them in stock. I don’t understand how the insurance company can bid on your part through one of their “suppliers“ and they don’t even have it in stock. Not OEM parts but aftermarket crap. When you have a new vehicle and it’s been wrecked I would think the insurance company would give you factory parts. But now a days it’s not happening that way. So check with your insurance to see if you get factory or aftermarket parts if in an accident. Knowing this will help get your car or truck back a lot quicker. while the shop could and would get you out in a timely manner. The insurance company holds everyone up. It’s this way all over. People really need to be made aware of this. I’m better educated on the whole process now thanks to the lovely people at Mansfield collision center.

1 /5 Kia Jones: Would not recommend this company to my worst enemies. The service is bad , you call all day and no one picks up the phone . Then when you finally get someone they don’t know anything and they say they’ll call you back and NEVER do . Would tell me my car would be ready on this day , I’ll call to make sure I can pick it up and it still wasn’t ready . When I picked up my car I had to tell them that my black trim wasn’t on my car , the chrome part that goes above my door wasn’t on there , my trunk button wasn’t working i can the wires in my door hanging out and they replaced my back glass but forgot to tint it like the rest of my windows. My husband and myself have tried to call this business several times and absolutely nothing.

5 /5 Carla Hollis: We have taken 3 different vehicles here for work and each time they did a wonderful job! The customer service is great! And we have been happy with our vehicle repairs, etc! There have been a couple of delays on receiving the parts but that’s at no fault of their own.
