Drusilla Car Care - Baton Rouge Dom B: I called Monday afternoon after having difficulties with my dealership getting my car repaired and this was the first place I called. I already knew what the problem was, a fuel leak, due to a faulty fuel line. The man I spoke with over the phone straight told me my problem didn’t sound worth it, and he wouldn’t know anyone that would even do work for a fuel leak. After I literally said it was most likely a fuel line that needed to be changed. The second place I called was H&K on college across from the Waffle House, and they got my car in at 3pm, confirmed my problem with in the following hour and I got all repairs taken care of by the next morning. Before you call this place, Call H&K, because they definitely handled my issues that a worker HERE deemed “not worth it”. I hope you feel ashamed for turning down a paying customer and not even trying to put the effort in.
