5 /5 Madeline Holmes: This was the second time I brought my car to 360 Automotive. Both times I have been exceedingly pleased with my service! As a young woman, car trouble can be something that’s especially anxiety-inducing. I have never felt uncomfortable or anxious with either of my experiences at this shop.
I also want to take a moment to recognize a particular employee: Ty. When there was an unexpected extra part needed to repair my vehicle, he took the time to explain everything to me. When there were things I didn’t understand, I called my dad (like any 20-something girl does) and Ty also spoke to him to make sure my vehicle was properly taken care of. Ty showed a lot of kindness, understanding, and integrity in the process. He even helped lighten the phone calls with a bit of humor - which I know seems like a minor thing but it really made a big difference to me.
Even though I hope I don’t have to come back to 360 Automotive anytime soon (because no one wishes for car trouble - LOL), I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this shop again if my car needed it.
