House Account These people previously charged me an extra 20.00 out of the blue claiming their prices changed. I paid it but said I wouldnt return. My 16 year old went today due to time concerns because they are always empty, they were supposed to do a full set and pedicure. They only applied gel polish to her real nails and did a pedicure and charged her 105.00! Then they didnt even paint her two pinky toes. when asked about it they kept insisting she said she didnt want a full set. I was literally on the phone when she said she wanted acrylic on her nails. She does not typically get her nails done, this was for her birthday. These people are CROOKS. I do not recommend them at all. There are plenty other nail shops that dont cheat their customers

The team does a great job working together and keeping customers happy. The staff is polite, easy to talk to, and always eager to make the customer happy. I almost always choose to have my nails done here because they last!

Hannah Coley Let me come in right at 5:30pm for a pedicure and refill. Loved how they didnt make my nails too thick! Peter was constantly asking every customer if everything was good with their service. They are always aiming to please. Price was great to! A pedicure and refill was under $70

Was even told if anything happens later to come and they would fix it! Very good price and lots of color options!

Kristy Gilbert Ive been coming to this salon for about a year now. Peter usually does a good job and manages his staff well. However, I decided to visit this last Saturday for my first refill on a brand new set that Peter did for me 2-3 weeks ago. From the beginning I could tell that these ladies were doing a horrible job. I asked for my cuticles to be clipped and as you can see from the photos it looks like I clipped them myself. My skin its all peeled and torn. Additionally, they started peeling acrylic off when clipping my cuticles and when I asked why she was doing that she just ignored me. It looked like she had even started to peel pieces of the tip. When it came time to put the actual acrylic on, they did not cover the full nail and left a separation from my nails and the acrylic. I pointed it out and she fixed one, but almost all my nails had the same issue. I asked that they add more of the powder acrylic. I am going on a business trip this week and I knew that if they just put nail polish over these, they would peel and crack. Nails today are so expensive so I wanted to make sure that they looked nice. When I asked them to add powder, the lady told me that she didnt want to do my nails because I was too picky. I was dumbfounded. All I asked was for her to fix it and she refused. She caused a scene in the salon in front of all of the customers and told me that I can come back another day and have the owner fix it. Which 1. I do not have time to do before my business trip and 2. They wouldnt do anything to fix my nails and forced me to walk out of the salon with these. This is away and by far the most unprofessional thing I have witnessed in a long time. And sadly, I will not be coming back because of it. There are too many nail salons that you can visit to be treated that way as a paying customer. It was rude, unprofessional, and dramatic. 10/10 I recommend visiting any other nail salon in Lafayette.

Hollie Romero This place is great! She has the best service in the cutest homey atmosphere with student specials - a blessing. You can even make appointments which is wild. But truly 10/10 would recommend! Best place around.

Lindsey James Oh my god LOVED it definitely the only place you should ever go. Engaged in conversation for the entire time laughed together and my nails came out amazing! I told her butterflies and blue and let her do her thing!! It came out amazing for my friend and I it was 122$ and we got similar things but the quality omg love it perfect 10/10

Cookie Samere They have great conversation and hospitality butttt theyre nails come off after 2-3 days even after getting fixed the popped right back off and these were $50 nails at least make sure their sturdy. Theyre long nails so I wouldnt advise anyone 2 go for long nails bc the lady I used (I think she was the Mexican) wasnt trained long enough or something but this last 1 popped off after I was getting a trash bag out of the box sooo now I used nail glue 2 hold it 2gether

melissa Love, tudy, she is the best. Jenny is also really good at what she does and so gentle. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my nails and pedi.

Ndn Beauty It is really sad to go into an establishment (when the sign says OPEN and flashing for attention) to simply be told in a direct manner “We Are Closed!” When the Open sign is on, the door is open and seems welcoming, and Google says you’re going to close at 7, then you are Open for service. I walked in at 6:40 and just needed nails removed and a simple manicure and brow wax. They didn’t want to help and clearly had one customer left. It would be better to adjust your google time to 6:30. Not everyone has off on a Saturday and if your time is valuable then your close time is 6:30 not 7. I have frequented this establishment before but customer service is not value to them. So, I know not to give my business again.

Nyala Leatherwood I walked into this establishment with my sister to get a pedicure and was not expecting such horrible service. I showed multiple nail technicians the design I wanted on my toes and was willing to wait for someone who could do it. After finding a technician who could do the design, she didnt follow the reference picture and had to correct her mistakes multiple times. I expect to get what I ask for as a paying customer. However, she became rude and had an attitude with me for the rest of the service. After finishing my toes, she ended the service without checking if I liked the result. When I asked for some oil on my toes, which is normally provided, she ignored me and continued talking to her coworkers. I dont recommend this place to anyone and will find a better salon next time.

Bao Maddux Ive been to tons of nail salons and folks, Im excited to say Cali Nails is my favorite!!! The staff are skillful, detail-oriented and caring. As a perfectionist myself, they exceeded my expectations! The nail painting was flawless, the foot massage was soothing and the neck wrap massage was definitely worth a try. A new go-to place with my gals!

I am able to have my nails done again and it makes me so happy. I get my nails, feet, and brows done here. Lily is the sweetest person as is the whole crew. The atmosphere is so pleasant.

Abbigail Wilson my sister and her friends got pretty nice nails but mine came out terrible. the man didn’t even look at my reference photo after i tried to show it to him multiple times and this is what i got vs. what i wanted. my nails are uneven, rough and the glitter polish isn’t even thick enough to cover the green dye that was trapped under my cuticle from when i did my hair. did not even offer a discount. will not be returning.

Haley Fontenot Right off the bat, I could tell something was going wrong. I looked at my nails and there was polish all over my skin and the layers were uneven. I had to put acetone on it when I got home to get it off and then my nails were chipping within the first hour. They look messy

Madison Amazonas Very disappointed in the quality of my nails. None of my nails are even, some look chunky and rounded at the end (I got the dip powder) some are square round, but in no way even. The nail tech was gripping my fingers so hard I thought she was going to crack my knuckles, and I was physically wincing at points due to her gripping my finger tips so hard. Quite a few fingers were drimmeled to the point of the skin being red and raw (did not break skin, just very unpleasant). All together the experience was terrible, and my nails look like a $7 set of press on nails from Walmart that were filed down by a child.

Tiffany Dupas They close at 7 I went at 630 as always. I had two nails that needed repairs. These were from her set a week prior to and I had a show I was preforming at. Myself and another young lady pulled up to the building at the same time. She smiled at the young lady and told her you can come in and looked at me dead square and said We’re closed. The young lady looked at me uncomfortably and told her I can come back another time. Shop owner insisted she come in. Against my better judgment and after another shop messed those two nails up I go back another day. Pedicure was filed unevenly which the lady did her best to fix n I’m grateful. My nails however were rushed. One nail is Crooked the others I made up a style as I was going that was very simple! I saw she had gold lines on her own nails so I asked for hot pink and gold lines on some n foil on the other nail. She told me it’s after 8 she didn’t know how to do lines or put the foil on. I was shocked. She had just did the girl before n she put a similar pattern on her nails as well as foil. My nails were half done n u could tell. They are so ugly I left that place completely heartbroken because my nails have always been my thing n I work with my hands at work. She wouldn’t change anything! Even the gold nail that had visible crevices in them. I won’t take away from anybody’s experience but I’ve never been mean to this lady or came across as rude. I tipped every time I went. This would’ve been my third time. Kim or whoever she was never has to worry about seeing me again.

Mia Robinson I got my nails done and the day after I got them done they came off. They didn’t put the nail on my whole finger nail and they were crooked and she didn’t even paint my whole nail on one of them and they didn’t know what they were doing at all and they kept switching the whole time with one another. And I’m not telling my friends to go there and I will never be coming back and I want a refund. The people were very sweet but not a good service. Lol look at me doing a review.

Ranelle Please do not conduct business at this establishment. My niece wanted to get dolled up for Homecoming and received the worst experience ever. The place was not cleaned should have been a sign to leave expeditiously but we were running out of options. The owner was being aggressive and forceful of trying to convince us we needed schellic while I am telling her what I want. Do not try to force me to pay for an option I did not request. We wanted acrylic, but The acrylic was so thin that it looked like inexpensive press on nails. We paid $30 and wish I would have taken our business elsewhere. We went on September 30th (Saturday) and nails were falling off on Oct 1st (Sunday). We went back to get the nails fix and the owner refused to correct the issue. She was unprofessional and denied my niece the opportunity to fix her nails for her homecoming. Now we have to find another place to get her nails done. I truly believe they have incompetent workers there that are not licensed. Please do yourself a favor and spend your hard earn money elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

krystinaa morgan Id I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in for a simple French tip and polish toes. First thing that was fishy is they said they have no menu. But after they finished nt feet and took me to the chair I was a menu on the wall with most of the proces slashed out and changed. Min did my feet and as you can see in the photos did a rush job and not well either. Train did my nails while stopping getting up checking his phone making calls and having nonstop conversations with everyone around him which made for poor nails. As you can see. I asked for square I got this bubble square shape and also in the photos you can see all the bubbles in the nails and lent and powder he failed to clean also chuncks of acrylic. But thats only half! Today I checked my bank and see I was charged $95 for a $85 set.( No I didnt tip),it was not deserved. So basically they are thieves by tipping theyre self after I left. $50 for French tip I HAVE NEVER! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE AND BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE EXPERIENCE AS WELL...0/0 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Catarina M I tried out this nail salon due to the fact that they take Saturday, early morning appointments. They make reserving an appointment easy through the website and it has the price breakdown and services listed. Additionally, you can choose any available or select a certain person. Both times I’ve had Vy and she has truly been incredible. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have only gotten a deluxe and regular manicure and gel polish - but if that is what you’re looking for I highly recommend!

Harrell Mīah (Fawn) This nail studio has ONLY been opened for a year. Crazy. Cleanest, most organized nail studio I’ve experienced. Very kind experienced staff who make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I left my first appointment feeling very confident and excited to go back.
