1 /5 Georgia Smith: WORST and LAZIEST pedicure I’ve ever gotten. She was rushing, I had to tell her to do a better job at pushing my cuticles back because she didn’t even try! Left a bunch of dead skin around my nails. She cut my cuticles on two different toes and had them stinging and BLEEDING and had a nasty attitude towards me for wanting them to take money off! There are white smears all over the edges of my toe nails from wiping the sides with her nail instead of cleaning behind it properly. Didn’t even lotion or oil them afterwards so I left with dry feet! This is the most TRIFLING I’ve seen my toes after stepping out somebody’s nail shop!!!

1 /5 J Richardson: My nails broke off after only a few days of getting them done. It was my first time visiting this salon because they are opened on Sundays. I am never going back. I understand they want to prioritize their regular customers, but making sure new customers have a pleasant experience is what creates more loyal customers. When their regular customers started coming in, I felt like they started rushing on my nails. One of my nails got damaged in the process of getting them done and the owner or manager actually tried to charge me MORE to fix it (in addition to what I already had to pay for a pedicure and full set) and I never even left the salon. Overall, I just disliked the experience. Too expensive for me to have had the issues I’ve had with my acrylics. I recommend Lan’s nails on Holiday drive in Algiers. They aren’t opened on Sundays, but they do a great job and I haven’t had a bad experience yet!

1 /5 Ashley Miller-Coward: I moved here a few months ago and since then Ive been looking for a nail salon that does good work but is also affordable. Lets just say this is not the place. I came here about an hour and a half before closing but had to wait an hour for service despite the fact that there was only two people ahead of me getting their nails done. once they finally got to me they were rushing and were very rude about the fact that they had to do my nails. everything I requested to have done was refused the nail tech kept saying I cant do that I cant do that but my request was not elaborate. I dont even get designs...every time she told me she couldnt do what I asked for I would go back to the drawing board to figure out something else...and every time I had to think about something else the nail tech would be extremely impatient and rude... I remained patient despite the uncomfortable experience but she was as impatient enough to say that she doesnt have time for me. At that point I was about to leave and then the wife of the owner of the nail salon stepped in and offered to do my nails but this particular person does not even work at the salon... was just here on vacation so I was lucky but the regular employees here are impatient and I am not the type to claim racial discrimination loosely but definitely they do not appreciate customers of African descent. there were two other customers in the salon who had very detailed request full of lots of designs and glow-in-the-dark in Halloween designs but were worked with patiently. I requested a simple nude color with metallic or glitter on one nail and that became almost an impossible task. There was no cuticle oil used. No lotion applied...the shape was done sloppily and when I pointed out flaws she gripped my hand in anger... I could go on and on but will hopefully just save us all some time by saying DONT GO HERE.
