1 /5 Crown Queen: The service was very, very unpleasant, and painful. The dental hygienist Ms. Sandra was really rough with the entire procedure. She numb my gums with local anesthesia but it didnt help with the pain at all. She inserted the needle into the root of my gums which caused severe pain. I was shaking, sweating, and very uncomfortable while she talked bad about the condition of my teeth throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Connell was nice but very harsh with abstracting my tooth. I will never return nor will I recommend this dental office.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and my hygienist was incredibly gentle and made sure I wasnt in pain. I recommend this place to anyone, and look forward to coming back in 6 months! 5 /5 Sarah Harbison: I have been a patient of Dr. Connells for 10 years now and I refer all my friends to him. I dont think Ive ever waited more than 5 minutes for a scheduled appointment, and his entire staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Excellent customer service is clearly a priority. As far as the exam and cleaning, the hygienist is always thorough and offers advice on how to improve my brushing and flossing. Knock on wood, Ive never had a cavity, but Dr. Connell is very knowledgeable and loves his work. I dont enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr. Connells office does a great job in making the experience less of a downer.

kirra core: This place is amazing, i have many problems with my teeth then some extra on the side and they handled them perfectly, they knew what to say and do to make me more comfortable. im scared on needles so they told me to close my eyes and pre numbed the spots with a gel so i wouldnt feel it, when i started freaking out they calmed me down and held my hand which was amazing and i am thankful for that. i was there for 5 hours to fix my teeth and now that im home and have brushed my teeth they look so good!!!! They were talking about cheating on their boyfriends and getting in fist fights with people. No one knew how to correctly do her x-rays on her mouth And after several different girls tried , the Dentist finally had to do it. My daughter’s mouth is so sore now because of the lack of education and knowledge these girls had in performing a simple procedure like an x-ray.
