From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and friendly, putting me at ease right away. Dr. Ngoc Tran was amazing extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The extraction itself was quick and painless, and I felt well cared for the entire time. I truly appreciate the professionalism and warmth of everyone there. I highly recommend smile Care for anyone needing dental care. Thank you for turning a daunting experience into a positive one!

5 /5 Tuan Tran: I had to re-do my 1 month old filling at Smile Care. I was having issues with temperature and biting sensitivity on the tooth with the filling. Those issues are now gone. Glad I followed the dentist’s recommendation at this location.

Smiling Faces Family Dentistry - New Orleans kirra core: This place is amazing, i have many problems with my teeth then some extra on the side and they handled them perfectly, they knew what to say and do to make me more comfortable. im scared on needles so they told me to close my eyes and pre numbed the spots with a gel so i wouldnt feel it, when i started freaking out they calmed me down and held my hand which was amazing and i am thankful for that. i was there for 5 hours to fix my teeth and now that im home and have brushed my teeth they look so good!!!! Thank yall for having the time and patience for me.

We were sailing out on a cruise the next day! Dr. Plummer called back and we got an appointment that same day. Truly wonderful service and my boyfriend is happy with the work done. Taylor Dental & Braces - New Orleans August S: The lady at the first desk isnt at all pleasant. I called to let them know we were going to be a few minutes late and was hung up on. My information is still incorrect. I asked her if she can change it, and she never even look in my direction when she was talking to me. Said it goes to corporate she couldnt change it. But, its been 6 months since my last visit and the last time I informed her about it. The staff in the back were very nice.

The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. My routine cleanings are always thorough, and the hygienist makes the experience enjoyable with great conversation. Dr. Campo himself is exceptional - knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain everything in detail. Beyond regular cleanings and fillings, he helped address an issue where my upper molars were hitting my lower ones and causing them to loosen. His expertise solved a problem I didnt even know how to describe properly. The only minor inconvenience is the street parking situation, so Id recommend arriving a few minutes early to find a spot, as you might need to park a block or so away. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Campo and his team for anyone looking for quality dental care with a personal touch.

Unlike franchised dentistry that is all too eager to perform more work than necessary to turn a profit, she took her time to discuss her assessment and we were able to painlessly fix issues from previous dental care. Additionally, the office is efficiently run and extremely communicative. Highly recommend this practice!
