5 /5 Kenneth Woodfin: I am disappointed to see these reviews. Several years ago I was in town visiting, had a toothache, saw the large sign and stopped in to inquire. The team there could not take me immediately, but was kind and gave me a prompt appointment. I returned for my appointment, received great service at a great cash price. When I return to town I would NOT think twice about utilizing these services of this office. P.S. In full disclosure I ran across this listing by searching them up for a return visit. I was immensely happy with my experience!

1 /5 T Hoa Pham: AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ANY COSTS! I wish I could rate Barre Dental Care with zero star, but there was so such option available. After returning from my deployment overseas I went to this office for a Preventive Teeth Cleaning and I was covered by TRICARE as an active military personnel. Six (06) months later I received a bill in the amount of $175.00 from this office with a verbal threat when I called to clarify that 25% of the balance will be collected if I do not pay on time. There was no support in helping a patient how make payments in the best way. I wonder who would come back to this office with such service and attitude that are so unprofessional! 1. I had a small lesion. Instead of checking with TRICAREs coverage first, they proceed ahead with a treatment saying that any treatment that is $200 or less needs no approval. I contacted TRICARE and found out that any treatment that is not preventive needs request from provider for approval. Thats the reason why a claim for $175.00 for the treatment was rejected. FUNNY PART: The treatment did nothing to my lesion, it was healed by Listerine which I gargled a few times a day after seeing no result. 2. Barre Dental Care sent me a bill 06 months later after the treatment. With this, I could not make any appeal to TRICARE since the window for appeal request is 90 days of receipt of notice of denial. Barre Dental Care failed to notice me sooner regarding the denial from TRICARE. 3. The service is extremely poor. i) I found out that I had an infection later by seeing a different Dentist. Dr. Barre could not see it from the X-rays at his office not so long earlier. ii) Manager at the front desk (Ms. J) will yell at you when you try to make your point. If you want to experience the Auschwitz environment or a virtual living in North Korea, come to Barre Dental Care. AVOID BARRE DENTAL CARE LIKE YOU AVOID A PLAGUE !!!

1 /5 Krys Kunath: DO NOT GO HERE. Went in to have a cracked, half gone tooth finally removed. I wish Id gone to an oral surgeon, as the doctor I saw cranked and yanked on my jaw so hard I had to hold my own chin up with my hands to keep him from tearing my jaw ligaments. I asked about pain meds and was told he "doesnt believe in them" and told me to take ibuprofen. As soon as the meds wore off, agony. Im glad the tooth is gone, but I couldnt open my mouth properly for over a month. I had to manually open my mouth to eat for weeks, and had to also manually stretch my ligaments back out for the pain to stop. It looked like I had a stroke, for over a month. Id had 4 wisdom teeth removed here before by the female dentist and she was great. If you go and the guy dentist comes in your room, get up and leave.

1 /5 Lyrics Lissy (Dawn Of The Massacre): i went in hoping to get my wisdom teeth looked at because my jaw has been causing me trouble around those areas and ended up getting 3 fillings that i most likely didnt even need. they didnt take new x-rays and went off the x-rays from 2 years ago. he drilled through the side of my tooth and did a pretty poor job. He didnt even polish the metal from the fillings. theyre very textured. his nurse said he was rushing everybody that day. He didnt ask me what i wanted to do with my teeth and just decided for me. i felt like i didnt get a chance to even speak. i would avoid this place like the plague. Its not worth it. dont trust him. my mother and grandmother have had issues with this place. my mother in law told me that what happened was completely unacceptable. Im not the best at advocating for myself but really this dentist shouldnt even have his license. Hes a cash grabber. Dont waste your money here. youll regret it.

1 /5 Wanda Jones: They dont explain the amount you have to pay clearly. I was overcharged 4 times I went there. Patient with good insurance be careful, and watch your payments. They will give you a dumb story to go with it.
