Judy Parks: I am a cancer patient. I went through 15 rounds of chemo and the staff at Concord knew that. After finishing chemo I had an unexpected infusion based on an issue I was having. I called Concord the early that morning to let them know I was not up to the dental work scheduled for that day. They were anything but understanding or accommodating. They billed me $100 for no service. I guess the person who said they are not so good for the elderly is right. My bills for the service they provided was paid at the time of service.
