Chasity Jenkins: Not the best place for special needs children. Wait times are long. Staff is impatient and rude. During intake of insurance, I was cut off several times while trying to answer questions and then told I was rude. I expressed the need to email proff of insurance prior to appointment so that it can be verified to cut wait time 1-2hrs, Michelle the account manager responded saying it was a HIPAA violation to do so ...... Which is ridiculous and not true. My daughter had several visits here all experiences were unkind. September of last year during x-rays, as my daughter was placing her chin as told , the x-ray tech became impatient palming her head on both sides and shoved it forward. Mind you, the child is 3 years old. I gave a firm stare but didnt address it as not make my child become more anxious than she already was. We have private insurance. So if you have private insurance, try your luck else where
Marainna Wood: Dr Hooten and his staff are amazing !!!!♡♡♡♡ Been working on my dentures and took his time and several times resetting to try his best to keep me from having bone removal. I didnt have to pay out of pocket one visit until I got my finished dentures today. 1st time since 2006 from my accident I was able to eat with dentures and not make me sick from eating or drinking and no food under them. I would recommend them HIGHLY ....... before droopy bulldog.... now beautiful smile
Kandice Lockwood: Our family loves Dr. Spatafora and his staff. I don’t know many kids that get excited to visit the dentist like mine do when we go. The staff is always so friendly and caring. They take the time to listen to any issue you are having and make sure that they get it taken care of properly.
Stephanie Weith: Thank you! So I deal with extreme anxiety with going to any doctors. And I missed my initial appointment for Monday. After explaining to the nice lady why I was so upset and why I needed it pulled ASAP. (Bad cavity, food was getting in my tooth and causing a major infection to reoccur.)
She very kindly asked me to come today first thing. They got me in and out before my anxiety even had the chance to kick in.
I can not express how much gratitude I have for this clinic. They listen, they care, and they help! I will also probably be coming here to get my dentures when the time is right.
Seriously thank you all. Its nice to have a dentist who listens to the patient and does what the patient is requesting and not push fillings and root canals.
This clinic doesnt get the reviews they deserve. And so affordable! I just about called Dr. Nelson jr. A ball face lie when he told me the prices for dentures! Guys thank you. Thank you so much because the stress yall just relieved getting the tooth out of my head is undescribable.

They didnt fail me today. Thank you guys for listening and understanding. And seeing me ASAP. Was extremely happy to see both Dr. Nelsons back in the clinic. I love Dr. Nelsons son! I will see yall in 8 days so we can get this tooth out my mouth. Cant wait to have this over with.
Bob Harris: Always a good experience. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Not my 1st visit to a dentist. They are always concerned about me and how I am feeling during the procedure. I highly recommend for child or adult.
Chad Murry: Dr. Jones and his dental assistant, Jackie were both very kind, professional, truthful and compassionate to my dental situation. The exterior and interior of the Dental office are very posh and have all the latest equipment. I had an emergency appointment and was a walk-in. Even though I was a walk-in, I was still seen in a timely fashion and was only in the office for an hour & a half. My emergency situation was treated today with antibiotics. My follow up appointment/procedure was made 12 days away. I’ll then have a 2 week follow up appointment to come up with a game plan for my other problematic areas that are less severe.
Overall, I am extremely grateful and pleased with the way I was treated by all team members here in this office!
Clack Amanda “Mandi”: The most wonderful experience with the most courteous and professional staff. District Dental is very detailed-oriented and runs like a well-oiled machine. I am forever grateful to Dr. MK Crigler and her staff for helping me get my smile back, both figuratively and literally! Top-notch!
