I visited this service center in Louisiana this morning to get my car’s splash guard fixed. It was hanging loose and just needed to be screwed back into place. They completed the repair quickly, but I was shocked when they charged me $160 for such a simple fix.
What made the experience even worse was the lack of transparency. They didnt provide me with a quote or ask for my approval before completing the service. When they gave me the car, they simply told me the total without any prior warning. I expected better communication, especially since I was a first-time customer.
To make matters worse, the splash guard still isnt properly secured—it looks like it’s about to fall off again. After paying so much, I didn’t expect to leave with the same problem I came in with. I didn’t want to create a scene at the time because I had to travel back to Texas that same day, but I left feeling incredibly frustrated.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor customer service, and incomplete repair have left me extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this service center to anyone.
