Alicia Guillory Fuel pump cracked: Found Jesse online by accident while looking for another Clems mechanic in Lafayette for my son’s car. He attend school out there in Lafayette but was home on break. Jesse told me he was in Lake Charles and could come a 9am. He was on time, professional, efficient on the issue, went get the part and was done in no time. I wish I would have came across him a long time ago. Awesome man. Awesome job. His contact is locked into my phone. Now that’s one less worry I have to deal with as my son travels back and forth. Thank you! One Happy Mom!!

Karl Gillard Repairs were fast and completed several days before the estimated day of completion. Body damage was repaired, car was completely detailed, and my wife felt like she was driving away in a new car! Excellent work and highly recommended!

Hannah Took my vehicle to them because something keeps draining the battery. They found nothing and claimed it might be my dashcam. Unplugged it, and it still died again. Absolutely no help. Then they proceeded to try and get me to buy new tires for $950. Needless to say I went somewhere else and got new tires for $440. Update: Took it to the dealership, and it was, in fact, a parasitic draw despite country club auto claiming there was nothing wrong with it.

Subash Dhital Extremely Disappointing Experience I visited this service center in Louisiana this morning to get my car’s splash guard fixed. It was hanging loose and just needed to be screwed back into place. They completed the repair quickly, but I was shocked when they charged me $160 for such a simple fix. What made the experience even worse was the lack of transparency. They didnt provide me with a quote or ask for my approval before completing the service. When they gave me the car, they simply told me the total without any prior warning. I expected better communication, especially since I was a first-time customer. To make matters worse, the splash guard still isnt properly secured—it looks like it’s about to fall off again. After paying so much, I didn’t expect to leave with the same problem I came in with. I didn’t want to create a scene at the time because I had to travel back to Texas that same day, but I left feeling incredibly frustrated. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor customer service, and incomplete repair have left me extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this service center to anyone.

Ginnie Knight Iwas traveling wheny alternator went bad. It was a Sunday and it was me my sister and our 2 large dogs. I went to AutoZone to get a new alternator and then checked the internet for a garage. I ce upon super tech automotive in lake Charles Louisiana and I. So glad I did!!! They gave me an appointment and a quote for the next morning. When I arrived Chris took my vehicle in right away he had the alternator out in about 5 minutes but Auto zone had given me the wrong part. Frustrated I wanted to cry but Chris contacted auto zone and they brought over the correct part to the shop!! About 15 min later he was done and I was back on the road!!! He was super nice and made what could have been an aweful experience souch better!! Thank you soon much!!!

Jason Iv This place is good. They are honest hard working guys. Whoever owns this shop is top notch. Very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust with a high end vehicle cause most think you have tons of money to spend, but this guy i trust and will continue to go back here.

Tyesha Corbett I came in randomly for services, my car engine light and tire light came on and i wanted to get a diagnostic to see what was wrong with my vehicle. The goal of my visit was to simply get whatever I needed fixed however, after speaking to Marlon at services and letting him know I just fixed 2 leaks he respectfully suggested that I considered looking into another car. I was putting more money into my vehicle then needed which was true. After walking around the dealership I was approached by Mailka and Katlyn who both were very helpful in my decision making process. They took the time out to get to know my likes and dislikes and only took me to the vehicles I Would be interested in if I decided to purchase. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy which didn’t stop them from assisting me they both made me feel comfortable and took time to answer all of my questions. In the end I ended up with a new Car that I love and 3 new people I connected with. I honestly could not have asked for better service and I appreciate how everyone in the dealership treated each other as family. ***Add On: Zack for Fiance hooked me up with an amazing warranty and added a service plan that didn’t increase my price. This company from my experience takes care of their customers and I appreciate everyone I worked with.

Jerry Foltz One review said faith was restored in humanity here. I second that sentiment a thousand times over. Brakes went completely out on my RV as I was 5 hours into a trip. Magically, we basically coasted to this shop during rush hour, called the after hours number, and they met us here. Set us up next to the shop and are confident they can fix it first thing in the morning. Absolute Saints they are. We are so lucky to have not been in a very serious accident, much less having found such terrific people to help is out.

After struggling to figure out the problem myself, I decided to take it to Randolph’s Auto Repair rather than wasting money buying parts and hoping for a fix. I had an appointment scheduled for today, and they managed to diagnose and solve the issue within an hour. I was only charged for the labor and the oil change I had requested. What really stood out to me was how polite and courteous the staff was. From Mya, who took my information and scheduled my appointment, to the technician who worked on my car — everyone was professional and kind. I’ve heard a lot of good things about Randolph’s, and now I know firsthand that they live up to their reputation. They’re an honest business with great staff, and they even have a nice waiting area! I highly recommend them if youre looking for fast, reliable service. Theyre super military friendly and I believe (heard) the owner is also a military veteran! They do not tow if your vehicle needs towing, but they do work with a local towing business which is good. Just ask them for towing recommendation and they will point you in the direction of that business! Thanks again to the team at Randolph’s Auto Repair for making the experience stress-free and positive, think Ill take my Chevy Volt there next to get looked at!

Neil Corcoran Accurate diagnostics, quality service, and honest. The only mechanics I would trust in the area. They were proud to show their work on exhaust manifold studs that had snapped off at the block. They welded them back together, removed them, and sent them home in the parts box I brought them.

David Benoit Fathy and his team are awesome. Ensuring quality work and quick service. I first went to European with an issue on my A5 Audi that seemed like a sensor issue, but when i finally took it to Fathy he knew exactly what it was, and likely saved me hundreds of dollars to chase the problem down. I am looking to purchase another vehicle and am trying to make sure it something. European auto can work on. I would highly recommend Fathy and his team at European Auto to anyone needing automotive services.

Jamison Anderson Was in Lake Charles from WA State to buy a truck, needed a set of rubber ASAP. These guys fit me in that day, and also fixed a sticky brake caliper. The free drinks in the waiting area is a nice touch. This has to be the freindliest shop Ive ever been to, the guys were great. Wish you were up here in WA as my local.

Renee Thomas I needed new tires for my suv and made several calls to tire stores. I was getting discouraged at the prices until I called Service Tire Pros. I talked to Nick who quoted a very reasonable price. I accepted the offer and he called a few days later to advise the tires were in. I went in early in the morning and was promptly taken care of. He stated I was also due an oil change. He quoted the price so I took care of this at the same time. After the work was completed he told me of the free tire rotations and the guarantees associated with these tires. I am extremely impressed with the price, the amount of time it took and the offer of service after the sale. I highly recommend Service Tire Pros for your automotive needs. You will not be disappointed!

ben martin I had my car towed to family auto from another shop due to the poor communication and service from the other shop. Unfortunately I would have had better luck keeping my car where it was. When I initially got in touch with Mike he quoted me at $7,300 and 3 weeks for repairs. 2 months later they still hadn’t even gotten my car into the shop and they never told me anything. I had to call multiple times and then go in person when they wouldn’t answer their phone just to find out about this. After finally getting my car into the shop they told me the price of repairs would now be $9,400. I paid the $3,000 deposit that was required before they started working, which should have left $6,400 owed. A month later I went back and they still hadn’t finished my car so I negotiated the price down because of the wait time and poor communication from the business. Daniel (the general manager) agreed to $8,000 total which should have left $5,000 owed even though the “3 week” repairs took them 4 months to do. However, when we showed up to pay the remaining price they tried to charge us $8,000 in addition to the $3,000 deposit for a grand total of $11,000. The number 11,000 was never mentioned to me or my wife AT ALL, so I expressed that he was not honoring our agreement and that I didn’t want to pay more than the agreed upon price. With Mike, Chris, and KB in the office staring at me as me and Daniel had our argument about prices, I couldn’t help but wonder if 3 people standing around watching their customers and general manager argue is why they take so long with repairs. From there we decided to leave and come back when we could afford all of it. Well we finally picked it up today and while picking it up had to wait for further repairs because my car wasn’t properly tested before they told me I could pick it up. We had paid before they even did the final testing. I definitely recommend avoiding this place like the plague because their customer service and communication skills are definitely bottom of the barrel and laughable.

Jacquelyn Curry Mike and Cool were heaven sent!!! They were able to get us up and running back to Atlanta even after not having the lug key to take the tire off!!! He saved my family by checking all tires and realizing another tire would be giving out soon!!! They manually took both tires of the rim since we couldn’t get the key and got us up and running in less than an hour!!! 10/10 would recommend!! Very humble and God fearing and didn’t give up until we were taken care of!! Thank you guys for your hard work!!

diannia lewis Absolutely great service! On our way to Houston my son caught a blow out close to 5pm. These guys were so patient with us and waited for us to come with the tire from Walmart to install for us! I’m so grateful to have come across this place! 10 out 10 I definitely recommend.
