1 /5 T R: This shop was never the best, but was way better when the male nail techs worked. I came into town visiting family for a week and stopped for a refill on a Saturday. By Saturday evening, my nails began detaching from the refill set. I spent Sunday attempting to call the shop with no answer. When I finally got in touch with them, I let the worker know that I was very unhappy with the service and did not want them to do anything else to my nails. Plus I have no time to go back into the shop because I was only in town a week and have no transportation from east New Orleans to Gretna before my departure back to California.
I was told over the phone by the worker that either I come or nothing. She told me “when you go to a restaurant and don’t like the food, do you get your money back? No!!!” Which is entirely untrue in the country. The workers attitude was terrible. I told her multiple times “have a good day!” to try and get her off the phone but she continued to yell and attempt an argument with me. After that exchange, I never ever want to return here, and I am warning anyone reading this review.
DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE!!
She even told me “oh I did little refill, go talk to whoever did your full set.” Only the tech that did my full set was a MUCH MORE EXPERIENCED tech! And when she said little refill, she meant it, because it didn’t hold an entire day.
