Got a great explanation, and followed through with getting it fixed and appreciated them keeping it overnight for them to double check it in the morning to confirm everything was up to par. Cyndy Perry: I had a great experience at Precision Auto Tune on Congress St in Lafayette, Louisiana. They kept me informed through the process and explained every detail of the auto care on my car. They were honest, hard working, and worked nonstop to repair my car. I never saw them take a break, eat lunch, or even stop for one moment for nearly 9 hours straight. They were fast and resourceful meanwhile helping and assisting other customers that were constantly driving up needing repairs also. Their lobby, bathroom, and work areas were clean and sanitized. Lacey worked well with the mechanics and vice versa with the mechanics. The mechanics were extremely diligent and knowledgeable keeping me up-to-date during the whole experience. I will recommend this shop to everyone I encounter that needs a vehicle repair shop. Great job!!!

Wendi Elliott: In and Out seemed like a life saver to my Husband and me. My husband and I are both disabled,and he is a disabled Vet. We arrived in LA in mid-August. We pulled into the park, and our class A wouldnt move. Got out and looked, and the yoke bolt was on the ground. We got out, looked at yolk bole and put it back in. Moved the Motorhome to the site where we stayed, never moving until we got ready to pull out in October. We pulled out of the site, and the Motorhome broke down in the same spot on the parking lot. We sat there for 2 months. Being forced several times to FLEE our home as the park said "we were not aloud to be In Motorhome while broke down". During this time I lost my Dad, 2 other Family members, my husband is a Disabled US NAVAL VET SERVING 2 WORLD TOURS ON USS KITTYHAWK AND USS SARATOGA. Our 13yo Son is ASD, has Apergers. During this time of just sitting on park lot, we had Mechanics from 2 local businesses come to site and run diagnostics and see what they could figure out. We also had 3 independent TEchs come out. Each Tech cost us no less thatn $1500. We installed 2 new parts (per Techs) We were threatened in November that we had to have our home removed or they would move it and put a lien on it. Keep in mind we couldnt live in it this entire time. a big reason we were having difficulty having it towed is because everyone wanted $3000 so I am PRAYING AND PRAYING FOR GOD TO SEND US HELP AND somehow I got in touch with Mr Lance who TRULY SEEMED TO BE AN ANGEL SENT TO HELP US. HE SOUNDED VERY UNDERSTANDING AND COMPASSIONATE. SOUNDED LIKE HE COULDNT BELIEVE THAT WE HAD BEEN BROKE DOWN AND SITTING AS LONG AS WE HAD BEEN WITHOUT ANY HELP. I told Mr Lance everything YOU ARE READING HERE. He tells em "Im going to help you" "Maam PLEASE DONT WORRY I AM GOING TO HELP YOU". "I GIVE YOU MY WORD I AM GOING TO HELP YOU". A couple days goes by and Mr Lance calls and tells me, "I have a FRIEND who is going to be able to tow your home for $500 how does that sound?" " I cried with feelings of GOD FINALLY HEARING ME AND ANSWERING OUR PRAYES, I CRIED WITH JUBILATION AND EXCITEMENT. I CRIED BECAUSE MR LANCE FELT LIKE A BLESSING. FELT LIKE GOD WAS POURING HIS MERCY AND GRACE UPON US. When we were forced to leave our motorhome our car became where we lived until our car broke down in January. I sent Mr Lance the keys to Motorhome (I am in MIssouri), he received them and was able to tow Motorhome to his shop. I was HAPPY TO HAVE IT TOWED AND FOR $500 INSTEAD OF $3000. I was SUPER ELATED. I TOLD HIME HE WAS A REAL LIFE ANGEL. Mr Lance called saying "MY FRIEND COULDNT TOW IT FOT THE $500 SO I HAD TO GO WITH ANOTHER MAN IT $2600". So i believed it was a $500 tow (A GIFT FROM GOD) Mr Lance GAVE ME HIS WORD IT WAS $500 ONLY TO TELL ME IT WAS 5X THAT. (pics are of my dead dad, his announcement and our home)
