Fair enough, but it should be added somewhere on the website to avoid the hassle of booking online just to get a cancelled message. It’s unfortunate too because although old clients should be appreciated, new clients should be too. Old clients were once new ... I think this company has forgotten that. Disappointed to say the least as I was excited to give this place a try. I have been unable to travel home because of the COVID situation and was willing to try something new ....
