Sierra Morgan I didnt have a good experience here. It felt very rushed. I am giving 3 stars because the lady who did my eyebrow and lip wax was so kind and sweet. She did a great job on my difficult brows. The woman who did my pedicure did a great job as well. What made it a bad experience was the lady who did my full set. I understand my appointment was a late one, but every customer should be treated the same way. My nails do not have a smooth and leveled finish. They are lumpy. She didnt ask me to wash my hands after filing and shaping my set. She just brushed off the little bits and polished right after. I can see where some of it is under my polish. I paid $65 for this and am highly disappointed by her service. Ive always been asked to wash my hands after shaping and filing to remove any left over bits from the filing. It wouldve only taken me a minute to clean them. I dont understand the purpose of skipping that step. She was obviously in a rush to leave for the day. I would possibly give them another chance because the woman who waxed my brow and lip did a great job. If it were not for her... I wouldnt go back.

Rochelle Orr I was new to the area, so this is the first place I tried as I was leaving the country the next day and didnt have time to research too long. I got a gel pedicure on Decemer 2, 2024. Today is January 3, 2025, and my toes still look great! The pic in the sand is Decemer 4th. The pic on the carpet is on January 3rd, a month later. Im giving them 4 stars because the lady only put on one coat of the color I chose and said it was too light and to pick another color. Maybe she was new, but even I know you have to put on more than one coat to get the correct color. My nails are a little darker due to playing volleyball for over 30 years, but they arent that dark. In the end, she told me it took 5 coats, which wasnt really necessary. Also, Im not 100% sure, but I believe I was quoted one price for the particular pedicure over the phone and a different quote in person. I didnt have the time or energy to question it, so I paid it anyway. Hopefully, Im mistaken. I may or may not go back. Well see.

Natosha Brown I used to love this place and had been a loyal customer for years. I’ve seen them change ownership, and after living in Texas for four years, I returned to Agua Nails because of the friendly service I had received in the past. However, lately, I have been disappointed with their customer service.
I often get my nails and feet done there. During my last visit, I arrived for my appointment only to be told that I was scheduled for a pedicure only. I’m not sure where the miscommunication happened, and although I was upset, I decided to give them another chance.
This past Saturday, I had a family emergency and missed my appointment. I would have preferred to be at the nail salon rather than in the emergency room with a family member. About an hour later, I called to inform them about my situation. Unfortunately, the owner was very rude. I apologized for missing the appointment and mentioned that, in all the years I’ve been a patron, I have never missed one before. Despite this, she offered no understanding and told me that next time I would be charged a fee for missing my appointment. I don’t mind paying for what I want, and I always tip my technicians well.
The owner then handed the phone to the receptionist, who said I would need to pay a deposit to reschedule, but she would speak with the owner since it was unlike me to miss an appointment. She promised to call me back if the owner agreed to waive the deposit. Guess what? Im still waiting for that call to schedule my next appointment. I think I’ll take my business, along with my generous tips, elsewhere.
