Also they answer the phone and return your calls within an hour. Theyre very friendly and all in all theyre good and honest people who are running a reputable business. Id like to that K&I Tires and the dude who works at Cars who referred me to Terrys.

Lowest prices in town, truck looks new again and great customer service!!! Highly recommend! Because Leesville is a small town, repair shops will charge an arm and leg to repair your vehicle bc their is very little competition. Shane Perkins They are great mechanics and can fix just about anything mechanically but in my experience they have dealt a fair amount of cosmetic damage in the process. I’ve gotten my car back before with scuffs in the plastic and tears in my leather seats. I recently got it back again with a crack in the windshield. It’s disappointing that they are so good at what they do but don’t seem to care for the integrity of the vehicle as long as the fix what you bring it to them for.

My girlfriend went in to see if she needed new brakes for a 500 mile road trip and asked them to let her know if they found anything else wrong. I went with her to pick up the car and they charged her $100.00 plus tax. For a “road trip check.” And no actual maintenance. The only reason I didn’t stay to fight them about it is because it was 5 minutes until closing. If you’re charging someone for a “road trip check,” you need to tell them up front; especially if it’s as much money as 2 sets of brakes for the car.

Delaney McGaffic Had a great experience with the managers at the auto center today! I must say at first quite a few things went wrong (but everyone makes mistakes) and I had to wait a few hours on an oil change, but at the end the manager was more than happy to fix the situation! It just goes to show that there can always be a positive in a negative situation. I saved some money, a new employee learned a lesson, and I got to interact with some really friendly people so overall Im a happy customer and will be back!

Tanner Martin I asked for an oil change at 5:17 pm. They close at 7:00pm... There were 2 vehicles ahead of me and 1 on the rack. No one came out to greet me I had to walk inside. I asked if they would change my oil and was told they were done for the day. It was 5:17 pm they were not supposed to close till 7:00pm.....

Avalos Ernie “MFD” I didnt use his service but I had to do a business transaction with him. Something that he did not have to do on a Sunday but did it for a person that was in need. He seemed like a good genuine person and if his Louisiana charm and wit are any indication of how he performs maintenance on vehicles, I definitely be going there all the time!

William Bartenstein I rented a Uhaul cargo trailer. I didn’t see the screw in my tire until I had the trailer loaded. Danny Roshong was called to come out and help me. Top notch service and highly skilled. I highly recommend Danny Roshong if you need any roadside assistance.

David Fuller I dropped off a 1985 Chevy Blazer to be rewired under the dash. I had pulled the old wiring myself and provided a plug n play wiring harness. It has sat for 6 months with no change other than spider webs. I do NOT recommend this garage. However they are very respectful and not rude, but service is lacking greatly!!!

Robert Vaughn They create problems. Car only needed one thing done too which was the A/C they made it worse on purpose to squeeze money out of me. I have 2 inspections done prior to the A/C by Firestone and was told both times car is in tip top shape under the hood. These people claimed I needed parts changed and really I didn’t. They are money squeezing greeders be careful

Robert Smith I will not be going back here. I got cussed and threatened for no reason. The couple that own this shop also own shady hill RV park. I got laid off from offshore and behind on bills but before I did I had bought a lift kit for my jeep and asked how much it would cost for them to install it. All I needed was labor and was quoted $300 or $400. I left it with the shop and when I came home from offshore it cost nearly 2x the amount as quoted. They said the mechanic worked on it for 12 or more hours. The kit had every nut,bolt,washer,everything a home mechanic would need and only 4-6hrs to install. Once I got it then it is worse than what it was before. No alignment. No nothing. They said to bring it to them and they only threatened to "ruin my life" and to get off the property. They will never do any more of my work. They will rip you off at any chance they get. I am still trying to fix my vehicle and all that they messed up. I am a mechanic myself and will never let them do anymore of my work. Ill also pass the information on to other people and companys to what they are doing and what they did to me. Worst shop ever!!!

Anthony Cinelli Had waited for over an hour for AAA to find a truck to get my truck out of a sand pit I had found myself stuck in with no ETA from AAA. Mr. Hilton answered our call for rescue at 9pm and was there within 20 minutes. Was extremely fair with the price given the situation I had gotten my truck into and was friendly about the whole process. If you need a tow or off road recovery, this is the guy to get you back on the road.

Aaron Boci Told me to come in on a Monday after a week for the parts to come in. Dropped it off, for a 5.5 hour job. Its now 24 hours of their open hours and it still isnt ready. Cheaper if you have time to burn. Go elsewhere if you want your work done in timely manner.
