If for some reason they cant do it, they know who will give you the best bang for your buck. On top of that, in my experience, they work hard to give you a meticulous diagnosis and get the job done right the first time! Id recommend them over a dealership any day!

5 /5 Phillip Morin: I cannot say enough good things about Jefferson Auto, I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars if I could! I brought my Ford Expedition to them after having spent well over $1000 at the Ford dealership only to have it not be fixed. They really went above and beyond! They were personable, every time I called a person answered the phone and was knowledgable about my vehicle and this issues with it, and they have a Ford technician on the staff. They called before they performed (or charged me) any service and discussed what the issues were and what my solutions were. They were more than fair with pricing and spent the time and energy to diagnose and solve an electrical issue that was both tricky and had been plaguing my vehicle for over a year. Absolutely stellar work and stellar service, cannot recommend them enough!

5 /5 redd slick: I had vehicle serviced at 2 different repair shops they came up with the notion that it’s the starter when my vehicle in time doesn’t start up like it should. I really appreciate the effort Tony went through to repair my vehicle by recognizing it wasn’t any problems with starter, but there was coolant leak inside one the valves that cause it to stall in time. This type of effort of troubleshooting is rare with some repair shops and I’m real grateful for you service…Thank You

5 /5 Latoya Brown: I brought my car in. My a/c was blowing but only cold when I drove it. I also used them years ago when I had an older car. Both times my experience was great, and my issues were fixed right the first time. The customer service was great, pricing was upfront. I will be back for future work I need done. If you need a new mechanic shop or looking for one, I suggest coming to Jefferson Auto Service.
