smiley face i walked in , a woman asked what did you want done i said my eyebrows so I sat on the sofa or couch , one woman was doing nails the other was doing feet I didnt expect them to stop what they was doing for me so I was going to wait my turn I asked them after 10 minutes excuse me maam no one replied I did said it like three more times they kept doing they job so then I stood up & got closer & said maam excuse me because I was trying to ask how more long they was going to be if they would of said 15 or 20 minutes I was going to drop my mom off to get her out of heat & come back but instead they kept ignoring me never looked my way so I left that was very rude & Ill never go back there !!!!!!!!

Casandra Dyson Absolutely loved my visit! The staff was prompt, courteous, and very accommodating—even when I changed my mind on the color at the last minute. They didn’t miss a beat and made sure I left happy with exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Jenna Rome They are so rude ! Ive been there before & didnt like the work so I stopped going. I decided to give them another try but just like I expected they are still horrible. After waiting 2 hours for a manicure, they said werent able to do a design. I was like okay so chose just a solid color. they only had one person who knew how to do Acrylics. After waiting 2 hours they let their " regulars" go before me even though I waited there way longer than everyone else. I just left and went to Nikki Nails which did an incredible job in less than half the time ! Dont waste your money

Jill This place is ok. The wait is a little long depending on how many people they have working. It’s usually 3 but that’s not enough when you have 7 people in the shop at once. They are a little rude. Prices are ok.

Louisiana Sha mon amis Awful awful awful!!!!! Seems as of 2024 nothing has changed from the previous reviews Ive read. My pedicure was so unsanitary and downright gross. I noticed the lady next to me having the gunk from under her toe nails placed ON HER FOOT, not a towel. Used foot files and pumice stones were just tossed into the water where feet were soaking. They didnt wear gloves. She made one lady bleed and the blood got on her hands and on the file (which was then used on me!!). The chairs are torn up, some dont work and wont even recline. What an awful experience. Little did they know I worked for the board of health and WILL be filing a report asap.

Anastasia John I went here for a refill and pedicure. I’m giving two stars because it was not a good experience. I had a deluxe pedicure where they used towels to wipe the products on and didn’t even wash my legs and feet off with water after putting oil on it. I never had a deluxe pedicure like that and was rushed. I do short square nails and none of my nails were even by the end of my service. I was upset that they even got upset because I explained what I didn’t like and it wasn’t fixed. Will not return or recommend

Vanessa Perez This place has to be the worst place ever to get your nails done they do not and I repeat do not know how to do nails my nails look awfulllll I had to keep telling her how to do my nails she then gets mad because I’m telling her no no that’s not how they go

Jennifer Samford I never leave reviews, but I have to today. I got a full set done this morning and about 7 hours later, 4 of my nails are already coming off. I paid a lot for this. They dont want to fix them or refund my money. I will NEVER go back, and I suggest you dont go either!

Makayla Lachapelle This was my first time going to nikki nails and I will never go back. I went get a gel pedicure and it costed $66, to say it was that much you would think the polish would last long. It has barely been 2 week and the gel polish is just peeling off my toes and gel normally last about a month or so on my toes. Very disappointed. I went on 3/05/22 & today is 3/15/22

indiyah Gallow Okay firstly i haven’t gotten my nails done in awhileee. I’ve been wanting acrylics so and i live in opelousas i found this place and when i first walked in everyone (the workers) was stareing hard at me. The man looked like he didn’t wanna do my nails at all he was huffing and puffing the entire time. He was being really rough with me and when i got home and looked at my nails i was wondering why it was burning on my finger. I put the flashlight on and he cut my skin deeply it’s split because he was being rough with my finger. I couldn’t sleep at all from the pain -10/10 if your black don’t go there !!!!!!

KeeYlonia Breaux Horrible too expensive for the quality and they’re very rude! They do well depending on the person and be messy in their language. Everytime I went a customer complaint they even gapped a woman eyebrow and didn’t give the money back and they hate criticism I paid a 110 dollars for a pedicure and eyebrow mind you I go every two weeks also they did an overlay and filled it too short and left my real nail still showing polish still and it don’t even look like gel and don’t get me started bout the deluxe pedicure ain’t worth it at all never going back

tess marks Absolutely the worse salon ever! They did acrylics on my daughter’s toes it was horrible! Not the same thickness, not even. Nail tech students would do a better job! Called them to fix it. They messed it up more! I had to go over and show and explain what needed to be done! For $100 I expect better service! Never going back!

jayonna chatman Horrible, i went get acrylic nails and they man did a terrible job. he was burn my fingers with the power file thingy and now i have a cut on top of my finger he also didnt measure my nails after cutting them now they all are different sizes. i got regular polish and after he put the top coat he told my sister she could pay and he didnt even dry them they do not a have a dryer for regular polish only gel which i dont see the difference i literally had to air dry them for a long time and they still wasnt dry now they are messed up and the polish is just smudged they look terrible.... i will not be going there again!!!!!!!

Latonia Miles This is the worst nail shop I have ever been too. If i could have given a 0 i would. If your looking great relaxing experience, this is not the place. The chairs are busted up and leaning to the side. They must have gotten second hand chairs from somewhere. I didnt even put the massager on the chair because I was afraid I was going to fall out and they forget to polish my pinky toe. Never will I ever be back. Not to mention when your getting a pedicure its so tight and all u look at is this dingy blue wall.

Gail Gardere ***** Do Not Go to this Nail Salon ***** If possible I would give them a - 10 For some reason these folk at glamour nails leave the edges of my nails rough every time i go there.. This will damage soft or netted shirts and fabrics. After this has happened several times I decided to go back today for them to file the edges . They had an attitude. After spending $100 ....... I really dont think that is much to ask. . The rude clown that tried to file my nails chipped them and got up and walked off. Did not offer to fix it at all. Its OK I went to another nail shop and they were very nice. They fixed the problem. Now I know Why my nails were so rough. They buy cheap products. .........Do Not GO To This Place ............ You will pay $100.00 for $5.00 in product

Stephanie Reyes Shop opens at 9, and I walked in for a regular pedicure and to soak off some gel polish from an old manicure by 9:30. I was serviced immediately, and the staff was very thorough. My fingernails were in a horrible state and they cut and shaped them back to life!

Zayne TV This was my first time visiting Diamond Nails. The nails are decent but not for $62.00. All of the people that I know that goes there told me I was over charged. First and last time going. Every time I give a business in Opelousas a chance, it’s a disappointment. Update: today 12/12 I filed a complaint with the BBB.

Jessica Platt I will not be back to give them my hard earned money! Besides the fact that everyone in there was rude, I told the man doing my nails that they were bumpy and uneven, he kept telling me I fix I fix when he in fact, did NOT! I paid 60$ for these nails and they look horrible! My index nails are longer than the others! I will NOT be back and I will tell everyone that ask me about Diamond Nails, the truth about them!!! I dont know if it was a language barrier and he wasnt understanding or what but Im not happy at all! I feel if you are going to have a business that caters to English speaking people, maybe speak English or have a translator!!!!

ashley young I will NEVER step foot in such an unprofessional, racist place again!!! Before i even entered the building of this nail salon, they made up lies upon me “hitting a vehicle” which i never did. All because i chose to step out my vehicle to speak to my husband on the phone and talk to my sister in the car next to me. Sent someone out there to “speak to me” and realized quickly i never hit their vehicle. I never even made it to the door, i got back in the car and left. what a bunch of unprofessional people, all because i chose to stand next to my car to speak on the phone before entering the salon. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!! What a joke.

I dont agree with the bad reviews at all. this will be my go to nail place from now on. everybody is so awesome and professional. so freaking sweet! will be coming here all of the time, they love me!!!!! 5 stars!

KIMBERLY WASHINGTON When l walked in l was welcomed with a smile. The place is decorated beautifully and very clean. It was my first experience in a black owned nail salon and I’ll never give my business anywhere else. Rebecca is such an amazing nail tech and most importantly she takes her time and gives her clients her full attention. Well worth the cost and some make sure to tip your tech!

Angela Rougeau I have been getting my services done since day 1 of Nails with a Twist Spa has opened. I can definitely say the owner has always been polite, professional and meets your needs! She has done my nails many times before establishing her own nail shop and not once have I encountered any problems with her work. Her assistant is also very polite and I especially appreciate her accuracy with appointments and reminders that are sent out to customers! As I enter the door I am always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation from the both of them! The shop is always clean, comfortable and never over crowded. I enjoy not having to wait and for any reason if she is running off schedule I like the fact that either Becky or her assistant will contact you to let you know and make further arrangements to accommodate you, so your not just waiting around beyond schedule time.

Bernadette Gallow Nails with a Twist Spa owner Mrs. Rebecca was AWESOME!!! This experience was very pleasurable. When I walked in I felt welcome. My pedicure and manicure were very relaxing. The color that was used to polish my nails was recommended by Mrs. Rebecca. The color complimented my skin tone! I will definitely support Nails with a Twist Spa in the future!!!
