We had to repeatedly go up to the front desk ourselves, only to finally be told—late in the day—that they wouldn’t be able to work on the vehicle at all until the next day. We had wasted the entire day sitting there, and no one had the courtesy or compassion to proactively inform us of the situation.
Then, the next day came, and the situation only got worse. We were told they still couldn’t fix it—this time due to a metal obstruction that apparently made the repair impossible. This was extremely frustrating, and again, poorly communicated.
This experience was completely unacceptable. We were stranded, stressed, and trying to be patient, but your team showed very little concern for our time or our situation. A simple, timely explanation from staff would have made a difference, but instead, we were left feeling ignored and misled.
