    Erica Robiho: Worst experience ever brought my car in for a Cadillac converter after picking my car up from getting that service my car was leaking , I then brought it back and told the owner about the leak he said he would check it out and get back with me never called me back . After hrs I went back owner stated nothing is wrong. Days later still leaking and started running hot . Long story short this shop cost me over 3000 in repairs after the owner claimed he didn’t see a leak that I sent him pics of and was very visible when looking under the car .Blown head gasket was the outcome of that leak and heating.. Don’t trust a soul in this shop!!!!!

I had researched a lot of places before choosing Kenny’s because I was coming from New York to visit my daughter in Marrero and she needed the windshield replaced on her car. Kenny’s reviews and the comments people had shared were wonderful! So it made me feel comfortable setting up an appointment with him and ordering the windshield in advance, so it would only take a one day turnaround. Kenny said we would need new molding because it was a 2008 Honda and I appreciated his letting us know upfront. His price for the windshield, molding and installation was very fair and they did a terrific job installing it! We liked them so much we scheduled the car to go back for a full tuneup. Again the price was very fair and the car runs so much more smoothly! They also fixed the problem we were having with the lights on the dashboard. Again, we are so happy with his work and his prices that we are taking the car back next week to have them do an undercoating. I am very grateful to you, Kenny and your wonderful team for being so trustworthy, friendly, professional, and technically competent! I highly recommend you and the One Stop Auto Repair shop! Gave me his own umbrella when he saw I didn’t have one and gave me a discount when he heard where I was from.     W Nunnery: Rarely have I ever been treated this kindly at any auto care establishment. I cannot overstate how at every interaction I was treated with respect and spoken to like I was a friend. I had my car inspected for safety in advance of a long road trip and I regarded the team as knowledgeable and trustworthy. They certainly have some experts on staff. My service options were well explained and I feel that I was not upsold or cheated in any way. A part had to be ordered and it came overnight at no extra cost to me. I waited at the shop both times and the waiting room was clean, tranquil, and comfortable. Best of all my wait was short, both days I was able to be almost immediately attended to. I don’t usually trust when a place has this many positive reviews, but this location is really top notch and I will certainly return here in the future. This was my first time using Meineke chain and I enjoyed the vehicle report online having lots of details and photos as proof. This business strikes me as very honest. Thank you!
