Trent Dauzat I needed a quick haircut before work. Saw this place was supposed to open at 9. An employee arrived 5 minutes after 9 to open. She had an appointment there waiting already. Asked her if they do walk ins. She said yes, another employee would be there in 5 minutes. Waited 20 minutes and no one had yet shown up. Overheard the employee tell her client she didnt know when the other employee would arrive. So I walked out. At least be honest with your customers, not right to waste someones time. Went elsewhere.

SYNC UP I went inside the salon as usual to get my 5-minute haircut. Ive been going here for years and Ive always walked in and been accepted and was told that I can walk in and get my haircut. So after years of doing this I walk in today and get turned away for a haircut when there were two hairstylists there and only one customer and no one else. That was no reason given to me. I was just told to come back and check in at another time which usually is not a problem but they were not busy there was only one guy in there getting his haircut The person who usually cuts my hair was just standing around doing nothing. Normally I wouldnt have a problem with any of this except I got the feeling that I was being turn down for a haircut because they didnt feel like doing it at the time. I always get my haircut there and I always tip these people well. Theyve lost my business permanently.

Wafai Jay This is my first time to visit this place that someone told me to go this place but unfortunately it’s wasn’t very good enough, I request to make only gel pedicure but the lady she pushed me to do another service to do something else but I listened her I felt I regret it to do another services, the pedicure gel were peeled off from third day and it was streaks , also I did my acrylic nails that I requested almond shaped nails she did round and not even what I want , she’s too pricey , the place not clean which is lots of piles piling up people looking for in good environment to sit and relax for couple hours till you are finish

Betty Ritter I understand why they have a 3.2 stars. I just had my eyebrows waxed. They turned out extremely horrible. The lady that did them left them so thin that I will have to draw them on. She thinks that all eyebrows need to the same for everyone. Everyone face shapes are different. The shape your brows sold match your face. Plus she sold have asked how I wanted them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM BROWS WAXING. I was trying a new place. I have not had luck finding a person Marksville for nails or waxing.

Michelle Fontenot I had come into town with my hunny for a golf tournament at the casino. I needed a new full set of nails and I walked in to see if there was a wait and the owner was so nice and greeted me with a smile. She said, no wait but I told her I’d be back. I went back and my nails are beautiful. So professional and very nice. I’ll definitely go back when I’m in town again.

Reagan Fraze My toes look great, but the polish on my fingers was not solid, it was messy, he was so rough with my cuticles that multiple fingers were still bleeding even after the polish was on and dry. I’m happy with my toes, but I paid $35 for finger nails that I’m going to have to redo myself.

Alyssa Mayeaux I only go here to get my nails done! They are so polite and very quick to do anything you ask for. Everyone always welcomes you inside with smiles on their faces and the urge to help you get what you want Ive never left unhappy about something I paid for. Very clean environment, professional, and a relaxing atmosphere. Very inexpensive and always available for walk-ins during their business hours. I recommend trying sams nails one time because youll fall in love with the place!

Kimberly Cooper Andy is wonderful at doing nails! I can go in there with any picture from Pinterest and he can make it come to life. Theyre very busy so make sure you make an appointment.

Brittani Ortego Was not impressed have a cruise in 2 days went in showed them a picture they said they could do it did not even get close asked for the left pic got the right picture but the staff was friendly this place came highly recommended but sadly I cant say I will return edited my post looking at toes realized he missed a whole half my toe paid $100 for this
